1. What data we process

If you contact us via a form or e-mail, we may process your name and company, e-mail, phone number, selected service type, and the content of your message. During a website visit, technical information about the device, browser, IP address, website usage, and data related to security and traffic measurement may also be processed.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data in order to handle inquiries and establish cooperation, based on pre-contractual negotiations or our legitimate interests. Data needed to secure the form and protect the website against abuse is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in safeguarding the website and communication. Analytical and behavioural tools are used only to the extent that corresponds to their configuration and legal basis on the site.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Contact forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps distinguish human visitors from automated abuse. In that context, technical and security-related data needed to evaluate the request may be processed. We use Turnstile as a security measure to protect our forms and reduce spam or attacks.

4. Google Search Console

Google Search Console is used as a website management, indexing, and technical search performance tool. It is typically not loaded as a measurement script in a regular visitor's browser and is not used for direct visitor profiling. It may, however, be related to website ownership verification or statistics available in the administration interface.

5. Google Analytics 4

If Google Analytics 4 is active on the website, it is used to measure traffic, page performance, and basic user interactions. According to official documentation, GA4 mainly uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and preserve session state. It may process data about visited pages, events, device, browser, and approximate location. We recommend enabling Analytics only on the basis of consent.

6. Microsoft Clarity

If Microsoft Clarity is active on the website, we use it to analyse visitor behaviour through heatmaps, anonymised interaction tracking, and session recordings. Clarity may use cookies and identifiers such as _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, or MUID. According to current Microsoft documentation, visits from the EEA, UK, and CH require an appropriate consent signal when Clarity is fully used.

7. CookieYes — consent management

The website uses the CookieYes platform (cookieyes.com) to manage cookie consent in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable ePrivacy rules. CookieYes displays the cookie banner, categorises cookies (necessary, analytics), and allows the visitor to grant, decline, or later manage consent. CookieYes uses the technical cookie cookieyes-consent to store the visitor's consent state. Analytics and any marketing tools are activated only after the relevant consent has been granted.

8. Overview of cookie categories

The website uses or may use the following categories of cookies:

  • Necessary — basic website functionality and form security (Cloudflare Turnstile, cookieyes-consent). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics — GA4 (_ga, _ga_*) for traffic measurement. These are activated only after consent.
  • Preferences — storing the dark/light mode choice (localStorage, not sent to the server). These do not require consent.

10. Who data may be disclosed to

Data may be disclosed to providers of the website's technical solution, hosting, e-mail services, form security, and analytics tools, especially Cloudflare, Google, and CookieYes, where their services are active on the website. In justified cases, international transfers outside the EU/EEA may also occur under the conditions set by applicable law and the providers' contractual safeguards.

11. Retention period

Inquiries and follow-up communication are retained for the period necessary to handle your request and any subsequent business communication, usually for no longer than 12 months, unless further cooperation is established. Analytics data and cookies are retained according to the active configuration of the relevant service, the length of granted consent, and the rules of the given provider.

12. Your rights

You have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.

13. Contact for privacy questions

If you have any questions about personal data or cookies, contact us at denisa@beinghuman22.cz. If you want to discuss collaboration or a development program directly, please visit the Contact page.
